This part shipped loose and not in any packaging or verification on it being a genuine part. Looks cheap flame cut and dimensions are not even as would be with genuine vibrant as I’ve been buying for years.

I checked it with a straight edge and there's a slight warp. I'm gonna sand it flat. I'll make it work.

Perfect for my application. Ebay gtx3582r did not fit on my PLM top mount turbo manifold but this spacer did the trick. You may need to bore out the bolt holes though
