I have purchased these knives for the previous 13 years since I got into my profession. The quality can’t be beaten. I use these knives in a high speed beef slaughter facility. The knives are very comfortable to use during a 10 hour shift of cutting meat. The value, comfort, weight of the knives, easy to use/grip, and durability is top notch. I will continue to purchase these knives as long as they are available.

Haven't had a chance to use for skinning anything yet but am sure it will work well. Is very sharp and comfortable to hold. Shape is perfect for skinning.

I feed my 2 large dogs a raw diet, and I use this knife daily. It holds an edge great, cuts half frozen meat, turkey, duck and chicken bone no problem. I am very happy with this purchase.
