I ordered 2 for my disabled sister birthday and both were so cheap they wouldn't hold together to even stand them up! I had 2 screw lattice on the back of one to get it 2 stand up..the other one we had 2 use 2x3 to hold it up..no prefilled holes..some screws were missing gates wouldn't come together..hinges fell off on and on..very very bad experience with these arbors!! Customer service with this seller is worst I've ever dealt with! I've contacted customer service dozens times with no help! Definitely a piece of garbage! Seller doesn't help either 2 resolve issue!!!

Der Rosenbogen hat minderwertige Qualität, keine Stabilität und ist nur zu Dekozweck einsetzbar. beim verschrauben der einzelnen Teile sind verschiedenlich die Holzteile gesprungen..Das Holz war mehr al trocken und porös.Due Rücksendung war einen langes hin un her schreiben, damit wir eine Deutsche Rucksendeadresse bekamen. Rücksendung nur über GSL die in der nächsten Ortschaft ist.Aufwand der Rücksendung belang sich auf mindes. 2 std. mit fahrzeit und Komnikation

I bought this to train my wisteria over and provide a gate for the pooch. Perfect for an 8 lb. 🐕.My friend brought a French bulldog over and KAAPOOT!!!Lincoln Logs are stronger than this pretty pos. Will have to saw it in small pieces to remove to save my beautiful wisteria. Going with metal next. ☮️

I really loved the look of this. It felt flimsy after putting together so secured it to the ground with pebble rock and heavy rocks, but still topped over and fell with any wind. Could not put down in the ground because it prevented the gate from opening. So definitely not good for outside unless you get ZERO wind!

The wood is light and the finish is nice. However, this pergola is very flimsy, poorly designed, and difficult to stabilize. There is nothing included to secure it to the ground and the legs have 1/2 dado cuts that make the legs weak. All the joints are weak and keeping the pergola square is equally difficult. I did make it work by pouring 120lbs of concrete to make a foundation for the legs, installed large L-brackets, and made wood supports to fill the voids (dado cuts) in the legs. Even with all that I am not convinced it will withstand a strong breeze. Oh, and forget the gates. The wood is too flimsy to support the slight weight of the gates.

I almost never leave a bad review however for the price I figure you should know this isn’t worth ur money.It is a beautiful design, however the materials aren’t quite what was described. It broke in the second day of use as a decor peace.

The gate is total garbage. Flimsy and wood pieces don't fit. No predrilled holes. Mine came broken! Do not waste your money!

Looks nice but flimsy. The gate has just fallen apart which will need to be replaced. Very disappointed. Would return it but has been painted. Bought new stronger hinges and bolts as well, will try and buy another gate to fit but looks like a new arch will be needed.

It has repeatedly fallen apart. It's cheaply stapled together. Then I've repeatedly had to repair it with screws where the stapled parts slip apart. I've even had to replace with better hinges and a new gate lock. Oh and the wood splits! Don't trust this product. Someones going to get hurt by it. I've been trying to communicate with this supplier but they will only send messages and want photos but mine are "larger" than the accepted file size for direct messaging. They told me to Google a program to compress it myself so that they can have them. For real? So here the photos are. In my fabulous product review of this POS product. Don't buy it. Ps. You aren't allowed to give zero stars, so it says 1 star so that this review goes through. But it's really zero.

Really flimsy wood which, even when screwed into a solid deck base, still flexes and moves. Just hoping the hedge, and roses keep it upright. Gate is near on impossible to align and we ended up repositioning the screw holes. Even then we have a tie on the top of the gate. Looks nice, although the winter will tell us more.
