This is our second order with the same issue!The sofa arrived, however has issues that prevent assembly (boreholes are too large and screws just spin).The folks at POLYWOOD have been helpful and nice, we are currently waiting for replacement parts so that we can finish assembling the sofa, along with several pieces from another order that have the same issue.Fairly frustrating given the price point.
