Had to send first one back as the second hand was bent! Return was easy as was the replacement with the same issue :-/ I had to take it apart to repair. It looks nice but all plastic!

The first clock I received was damaged. Amazon quickly sent a new one. The second one was still damaged. But my husband fixed it. 2 different problems. The clock is nice and amazon did take care of it right away.
