Was suffering from extreme weakness in arm; difficult to even hold a coffee cup. After wearing the compression sleeve for 3 hours, I noticed an improvement. I continue to wear the sleeve for 3 or 4 hours a day and have been experiencing continuing improvement.

These sleeves have two main advantages:1) Firm, snug compression, without cutting off circulation. In general, these compression sleeves seemed to help with less fatigue during resistance strength training moves, such as chest press, bent over rows, etc.2) Well constructed, durable, as I have been using them for the past month. They resist tearing and the weave is simple and attractive, but not thin. Simple and to the point, and they don't seem to stretch out much in terms of wearPoint to consider:1) I ordered Medium, and my physique is athletic and toned. The compression is great for workouts, but I'm not inclined to wear as an all day sleeve. If your concern is injury recovery, be aware you may want to periodically rest your arm, as I would not want to wear these continuously throughout the entire day. Also, depending on your build, you may want to go up one size. I'm 5ft 10 and 155 pounds and used the Medium sleeves. Sorry, but I don't have arm measurements available.

This may be an unconventional use for most users or consumers, however, as a classical guitarist such as myself, I found this to be helpful for my right arm which requires an extensive workout when playing the instrument. Not restrictive but fit comfortably (used the Medium side) and allowed me ease and fluency. Was breathable and does not cause sweating.Whatever your use, I am sure this will both protect and serve the purpose intended.Recommend!

Their size chart is in error. In spite of this Amazon wants me to pay to return (by pick up) $8 for a $13 item!

There is NO WAY this could be for men. I have fairly unimpressive arms, and I found these sleeves uncomfortably tight. The elbows didn't bend easily, though they seemed to have distinguishing stitching to indicate they should. They were plenty long for my arms, but I'm not sure they would be OK for someone larger. Not a fan at all.
