My other (3 times the cost) log cover started ripping within the year. It had spaced velcro strips for closing, and in my area (on the coast) the winds simply overpowered the velcro, ripped open the flaps and dragged the fabric repeatedly across the 2x4 uprights, shredding the cover. This cover has zippers! Keeps the flaps closed and the cover stays put even during our usual 80-90 KM wind gusts. Very pleased.

Great design for our needs. Wish we had bought this cover sooner. The tiedowns are a great feature as we live in a high wind area.

This is the third one I have had. Most don’t last a New England winter. This has very sturdy zipper and tie downs. East access to the wood and looks great. Others had Velcro and it was a pain to get at the wool and reseal and then ripped. This one is excellent

I've had this installed for nearly 2 years and it's on my home-made metal wood rack, that I made to fit the cover. It has served me well; zipper still works as good as when I took it out of the package, material has held up well, no rips, tears and seams are still good. It sets under a metal overhang where it doesn't get rained on but gets lots of wind. It has covered vents to keep it from developing moisture inside. I have only noticed fading on the side that facing the hot sun in Texas weather. Good purchase and would buy again.

We needed a new cover for our firewood rack to replace the one we bought from Plow and Hearth several years ago. This one cost half as much as the old one but it is very well made and twice as durable. It is very thick, has multiple Velcro strips to facilitate fastening the flaps open for easy access to the wood and it also has a zipper closing to protect the wood from rain. I can't be more satisfied and pleased with this cover. Highly recommended!

PROS - Liked the material, the shape, and overall looks of the cover. The three zippers, one located at the corners on an 8' side and and one located at the center (4') of the 8' side allowed great flexable access and giving you the option of two 4' x 4' side flaps (with the corners and center unzipped or one 8' side flap, (only the two corners unzipped). I built my 8'L x 16"W x 5'H log holders with a 8' support at the top running fron end to end, basically to tent the top of the cover to prevent rain and snow from setting on top of the covers.Cons - the sewing on the covers for the nylon strap handles located at the vents and at the corner cover clips was terrible. First time grabbing a handle to put the cover on the log rack the seams let loose and one end of the handle hung uselessly. After a one day of healthy 30 MPH gusty winds I found a tie down securing clip that had been attached at the cover corner laying on the ground. The sewing securing the nylon strap material for the tie down clips failed.

Seems to be made out of quality material. However, one issue you'll find that as you use the wood you're going to get significant sagging of the cover which will then pull apart the velcro seams. The design defect is that they do not have the holes that go over the ends of your wood rack legs, which is okay if you have a rail between the two opposing in legs, but not if they are standalone legs, as those that are with heavy duty fire racks including the welded ones.. so with that a definite Improvement and design would be wider/ heavier Duty velcro and the eyelet holes that are approximately two to three inches in diameter at Each corner for the cover can slide down as you remove the wood from it. Price isn't too bad.

I can't speak to the longevity since I've only just got it but the material is thick, the zippers and belts are nice, and its sized big enough. It may grey with age but it's for an outside wood stack so I'm not concerned about that. Hopefully the thickness will hold up to UV and won't tear easily in time.

Heavy duty cover. Fits over my log stand as it said it would. Zippers are durable and cover keeps wood dry worth the money

I started by ordering one to see how robust this was and it's pretty well made. I ordered two more right after. I live in Canada so lots of snow, wind and tough condition. Hopefully this survives a few winters.
