I normally wouldn’t complain but I really need this relay. The VOLKSWAGEN relay arrived in a FORD motor parts bag and it was obviously a used relay. I did not install this part in my Volkswagen Jetta. Returned it the next day and am waiting on my refund so I can try to locate a “NEW” relay.
