These Rice Scoops / Paddles are made of sturdy & smoothly finished plastic. Theyre just right in size for serving all kinds of food. Curved edges give a sleek elegant look. Lightweight not heavy. Great for serving stuffing, Jambalaya, Biryani rice & many other dishes. I like these better than traditional serving spoons bc u can load up a plate or bowl in less scoops. Great for mashed potatoes too. Luv the ability to hang em on a magnetic utensil hook to have at the ready instead of stuffing into a drawer.
