The diagram on the Amazon ad shows 360 deg. horizontal and 180 deg. Vertical. The instruction sheet has the correct range of adjustment: 350 horizontal (there is a hard stop) and 90 deg. vertical (you cannot point these above the track to bounce the light off of the ceiling, Disappointed in that and would have been 5 star if not the case. Great look, bright, miniature, and a broad, smooth dimming range.

It was so hard to find J style lights to replace in our kitchen. These are perfect! Big vaulted room with angled ceiling required being able to rotate and tilt each head slightly different, which these did easily. Super easy to install, very bright and modern looking.

Looks much smaller and prettier than my old school halogen bulbs. It is very hard to find J-type track light heads nowadays.
