This was a prefect replacement for my 2009 ford ranger. I cut the old one off as close to the muffler as possible and just added a 2" outer/2" inner coupler to the end closest to the axle due to the very short exhaust left over. I used 3- 2" clamps. This took less than an hour.

le muffler est correct mais les tuyau ne s'incere pas un dans l'autre il faut agrandir pour que le tuyau rentre pour le moteur 4 litres et il faut couper tres pres du muffler si non ca vas prendre une rallonge pour le tuyau il faut etre manuel et etre outillé pour faire la job

Easiest muffler install I've done, and was nearly identical to the original muffler on my 2006 2.3 Ford Ranger. The ends of this are a perfect fit onto the stock exhaust tubing, just be sure to cut the pipes as close to the muffler as possible. 2 clamps and you're back in business!

Product was as described. Quite pleased. Would be helpful for others to know that the existing, from the factory exhaust pipes fit directly into the new muffler, when removing your old muffler . I recommend you cut the pipes off with a hacksaw as close to the muffler as possible. You will likely need to purchase two 2 1/8” muffler clamps to complete insulation. Also, recommend suggesting to future clients they purchase the spring loaded muffler/cat coupler/connection kit.

Perfect fit. Easy installation. Good quality. I do as many car repairs as I can myself, so nothing is more annoying and frustrating to me than when parts don’t fit right or are made of shabby quality. This muffler installed without issue and I expect it to last years, even through New England winters.

I have used walker on many exhaust replacements. bought this one from amazon because it was quite a bit cheaper than the local parts store even with a commercial account and pricing. Will use again. fits the truck correctly, everything was lined up exactly as OEM. hangers were positioned correctly as well. i used this on a 2010 ford ranger single cab 4cyl. came well packaged to avoid damage in transit
