I recently purchased a new GE washer and dryer. Reviews complain the washer loves to walk. The dryer is so light it will move around when the door is open/closed because the latch is tight. I've got them sitting on a ceramic floor which probably helps the slippery slope. I picked these foot pads up and my problems are solved. Both the washer and dryer are not going anywhere. It's like they are glued to the floor. One thing to mention is that depending on your washer/dryer model be sure to check the feet size. On mine, the feet are little larger than the little round circle pictured, so these pads can barely hold the feet.

we put a new floor in our laundry room and I didnt want the washer vibrating and moving and messing up my new floor. someone suggested I get these to put under the legs and it will help the vibrations and the moveing. First let me say it was a challange to get it in the right place and the washer level but it proved to be worth the money and frustration of setting it. After the first wash we noticed a difference. No crazy jumping or moving or loud vibrations it stayed put and even though you can clearly see the washer shaking in the final spin it didnt vibrate or shake or move. Just what we wanted

I recently moved into a place that has a stacked washer and dryer. Problem was the dryer kept moving around on the top of the washer in a cubbyhole enclosed on three sides when the washer was spinning. It would bang against the wall and rattle the dishes in the kitchen and if I didn't hold the dryer still during the spin cycles it would even slip off of the washer to one side or the other. My friend suggested building a shelf in the cubbyhole to set the dryer on which sounded like way more than I wanted to get in to. I wanted to glue the feet onto the top of the washer. We then found these foot pads. I received them quickly, and we got them under the feet (with quite a lot of difficulty on the back feet because you couldn't reach back or have room in the cubby even for leverage. Otherwise it was a cinch to put the feet of the dryer into the pads. Much to my disbelief and delight the pads work like a dream, it's now more quiet and the dryer stays completely in place. What a marvel.
