Piece of junk, stopped working on THIRD use!!! Chinese garbage, don't waste your money!! Seriously, pay some extra cash and get quality!! It's not even 2 months old, but it IS past the 30 day return window. Like ANYONE is going to be dumping their RV black n gray more than once or twice a month! Also, it was loud, sporadic, and really didn't do much that the enzyme tablets didn't do. I just got it for the ease of reaching my dump port which was 60 feet away. Guess I'm getting a couple more rhino lengths of 4". 👎🤬

Leaks from pump. The wiring doesn’t work and I had to run new wires to even see if it worked. Which it doesn’t and got sewage everywhere.

hooked up to battery and did not turn on. The 12v plug seems faulty as hell. Checked with meter and no continuity when power on. Turns out there was a burnt fuse on the cigarette lighter adapter. I cut those wires to eliminate the cigarette adapter and added an in line 20a fuse. Pump now works as it should. Sucked out my tanks pretty good.

When we camp, we often can't get a sewer hookup and when we leave a campground, the sewer dump station is often backed up - no pun intended. Hence, we can't dump until we get home.My septic tank is 107' from my RV when parked. When I pull my Class C RV into the drive, I park it on the side closest to my septic, so I have a 95' distance from septic tank inlet to my RV dump. This allows me to connect a 100' - 3/4" hose to my new macerator waste pump and send my waste to my septic tank - and it works great!! A 3/4" hose is recommended on every YouTube I watched.I connect my macerator to my RV via a clear piece of 45 degree angle drain tube so I can check the color and drainage matter so I can shut off the system before it runs on air - which is not good for the pump. You need to always be moving liquid for the life of the pump. And be sure to run a lot of clear water through afterwards to clean it out.I'm dropping in elevation about 5' from RV to sewer inlet, so I've no idea how this pumps uphill - fortunately, I've only got a distance problem. And this pump pushes 100' with no problem.The pump seems to be mostly metal and it's very heavy duty. It comes with 12 volt cables to connect it to power but they are not very long. I bought a 12 volt extension cord to make up the difference. I also recommend a 3/4" water hose that you mark so it is only used for septic from this point forward. I wrapped orange tape on mine every 5' or so - like my shorter sewer water hose that is all orange.I found a small 12" gym bag that is 12x8x8 and the macerator, wiring, cords, and sewer clear connector piece all fit in perfectly. The hose goes under my rig next to my slinky and other septic stuff.This is just a great piece of equipment, and it replaces the turd mover tank on wheels that I was going to buy for almost the same price. It takes up less room in my rig and for my purposes is much more efficient.I have no negatives, and I HIGHLY recommend this pump!!
