Worked great for almost a year. 9 months to be exact. Hot water never worked. I hear ur suppose to get an extra cord. Whatever. Again it was great, keep cool, but now when it cools the water, the motor use to cut off . It just runs 24/7. We just use it to hold the water not. Got an automatic ice machine anyway so nothing lost.

This water cooler save us money on buying bottled water or water filters that come with expensive filter replacements. And the water jug the cooler uses is recyclable so we are cutting down on plastic waste! We love it! ❤️

This product is ok. Cools water slightly above room temperature. The hot water section is useless.it only gives warm water.Good for kids in summer. I won't recommend this for a large family size.I got what I paid for. Price is ok for it's function.
