Magnets fell out and broke after first use with my 3/8 electric impact but the fitment is good enough not to shake around.

.... MADE OF GOOD HARDENED STEEL WITH MAGNETS TO HOLD THE SET TOGATHER AS WELL AS ANY OBJECT REMOTELY CLOSE TO IT. IF YOU CAN'T FIND SOME OF YOUR FASTENERS DONT FORGET TO CHECK THESE FOR MISSING HARDWARE. ALSO VERY EFFICIENT TO STORE. WORTH THE PRICE , GOOD PRODUCT. ENOUGH SAID.

The issue with adapters is that you're increased the length from the socket head to what you're working on and sometimes you can't do that. This is as minimal as you can get I think if you need to convert a smaller size to a larger one. This doesn't work for the reverse because the female connection sits inside of the male. The magnets are strong, surprisingly so. They're made from Cr-Mo steel, and that's also good, because it insures strength and durability. It does seem a little on the high side, but I haven't seen these before, so in that sense they're worth it. Naturally, I would love to pay less though.
