Missing parts. Contacted Manufacturer havent heard back as of yet. Edit.... manufacture contacted me and said they do not allow there distributors to sell on amazon and I am on my own they wouldn't help

OK, I'm hearing people complain about the shipping and giving the PRODUCT a bad review....C'mon. Let's be fair. The product is AWESOME. The shipping can be pretty bad sometimes...BUT ...mine was awesooooome. The 2 guys who dropped it off also, did great. With that said. Let talk about the install.Instructions: 2/10. Just a picture of the parts (4 pieces) assembled. Whaaaaat? Would have been nice to know which screws went where. I found the instructions on the Amazon Ad afterward. Scroll down to "Product guides and documents" and you can download the full detailed instructions there.Fit: 10/10. Matched very nicely with factory holes. and everything lined up perfectly.Sturdiness: 10/10. Slight wobbly at first but once all the screws are tightened. It's super solid with no noise when driving.Cost: 7/10. Not the cheapest out there but not the most expensive either. So based on the quality and sturdiness, it's a 7/10.Final Verdict: 9/10. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a bulkhead/partition for your Ram Promaster. Mine is a 2014 Ram Promaster 1500 Lowtop.

Ordered two of these for a 2020 RAM Promaster 1500. Both boxes arrived damaged with the bare metal exposed. After opening both boxes one was bent and even rusted in corners and joints. The second was also damaged however to a lesser extent... no dents just flaking powder coat and minor rust. I decided to keep the second one, the first one I ended up returning.

The way manufacturer wants it installed is ridiculous. Video put out by manufacturer is done in fast motion from a distance (like a joke- I wasn’t amused)w 6 guys installing. No way they installed like instructions read.
