How to care for your horse blanket


1. Remove excess dirt, mud and hair from your blanket

2. Place your blanket in a mesh wash bag to contain all the straps and buckles

3. Machine wash your blanket on a gentle delicate cycle using a mild soap

4. DO NOT use detergents or fabric conditioners as you risk compromising your WeatherBeeta's unique waterproof and breathable coating.

5. Line dry your WeatherBeeta blanket - do not tumble dry

Lovely rug, fitted my cob. Tend to buy Weatherbeeta rugs as they are good quality. Very quick delivery which was great as its rained every day since it arrived. Pity its only available in red would have preferred blue.

The blanket works well with all the straps however it's not very waterproof or resistant. We ended up having to Scotch guard pretty heavily.

Blanket is a very high quality, fits my Friesian great. The delivery and constant tracking issues were very frustrating.

Great product well put together, keep horse warm while hauling in an open trailer. Don't know about durability yet as haven't used it that long. Over all very happy.

I have been a firm buyer of Weatherbeeta rugs for many years particularly as they are well designed and fit my big cob. Very pleased with this lite weight one for rainy but mild autumn.days - my old chap is wearing it now in the constant deluges -keeping him dry & warm - excellent. product.
