Unusually, these rugs have no pleat at the shoulder. There is insufficient ease to allow the horse to move and it didn't take long for the fabric to start to tear at the neck and the horse developed bald spots on the shoulder. Furthermore, when done up, the paucity of fabric means that a gap is left around the chest and neck. It's almost as if the rug was designed for a two dimensional cardboard cut out. The back is well shaped though. In heavy rain the rug leaks. I wouldn't buy this brand again.
