The material seems to be durable for my needs. Its not quite a perfect fit but just slightly larger front to back which is much better than being too small. I got this in the winter so I wasn’t able to get to lay flat but I’ve laid small weights around a few of the edges to get it to lie down. It has 4 straps & carabiners to clip in the bed which is a plus. My use will be for light duty purposes so I think it should hold up for a long time.

I recently purchased the WeatherTech TechLiner Tailgate Liner for my Ford Maverick Hybrid, and I couldn't be more pleased. The liner fits perfectly and provides excellent protection for the tailgate area with 1 MAJOR CHANGE!!! Make sure you put the tailgate strip on at the VERY END!! The instructions were not clear and I had it in 2 different place before it's final resting place and realized it was wrong again. Slide it on at the very end of the installation and then remove the adhesive backing!!!With that being said, It's sturdy yet lightweight, and installation was a breeze – just pop it in place and you're good to go. The material is high-quality and looks like it will hold up well over time. I appreciate how it prevents scratches and dings, making it ideal for anyone who wants to keep their truck bed looking pristine from the doggos. Overall, I'm impressed with the WeatherTech TechLiner's durability and functionality – definitely worth the investment!

Fits the Maverick tailgate like a glove and has already proven itself to be up to the task of protecting the paint and metal if the truck. I've dragged lots of items across this and so far it shows no I'll effects.

The channel that glues to the top of the tailgate; you have to work the tailgate mat into the channel. Apparently the thickness of the mat varied slightly and would not slide into the channel about mid-way. I finally stopped trying to force it in, since the white backing was shifting and coming off of the channel strip. I improvised and used Black Gorilla Tape to secure the top end. I also used the Gorilla Tape on the bottom end of the tailgate as a preventative measure since it was sort of loose even after the adhesive strips so called secured it to the tailgate. Also if you have a T-25 torque bit you can use that instead of the short supplied T-25 for your quarter inch drive set.

the product is missing part to install. try to return it. it costs your own shipping fee and 10% restore fee. at the end spend $100 for nothing

Nice cover! Down side is the 3M tape. I have to use a stronger one to seal off all corner as well. Other than that, fits great. Love it!
