This is pretty much what I expected, which seems to be rare when you buy something online. It's rustic and sturdy. I wish it was a little larger, so you can see the stand more behind a cookbook or magazine. Overall, very satisfied.

The “white wash” is not well done at all. Some spots are just ugly dirty color. The stand itself is great but it just isn’t pretty.

While I expected something inexpensive, I didn't realize it was so cheaply made. This arrived damaged with the ledge meant to hold the recipe, falling off. I did manage to repair it because it just wasn't worth going through returning it. I would recommend to not buy this as it was meant for the garbage before it left the shop.
