I was intrigued by these magnets, as I have issues sometimes admitting, then identifying, my own negative emotions. This gives a nice straightforward methodology to work through & identify what you are feeling.I clicked too many times when ordering and accidentally ordered a total of 6, but it turned out to be a blessing. I put one on my refrigerator and gave 1 to a close relative who had recently started therapy. I also was showing my daughter in law, who has 2 kids on the spectrum. She loved it, so I gave her all of the rest; she kept 1 and was going to take the remaining ones up to her kids' school to share.

I particularly enjoy these tactile wheelchart magnets. It is quite convenient to provide trauma-informed care services via telecommunication.In addition to this, I have two of the magnets on my refrigerator for my two children ( ages 18 & 7). I discovered that it is quite beneficial for them when they are attempting to communicate unclear feelings.The dimensions of the emotion wheel magnets is a great size. It truly captures the attention of family members, friends and children. The colors are vivid, and the scale is interesting.( I would highly recommend it! )

This is a pretty cool wheel that can help identify how you’re feeling! They were much smaller in size than I thought the pictures looked, but that’s alright!

I loved the 3 pack. My therapist has a pillow of this wheel and I wanted something practical at my house without having a paper stuck to my fridge. Love this. Practice awareness of feelings.
