These are sturdy and stronger than name brand. They do exactly what they are supposed to do but better than store bought.

These are designed for the first row of a Trex type deck. If you use them, you don't have to face screw the deck and it probably will look a little cleaner.They're strong and seem thick enough to hold up over time. They're painted black but I'm not sure they're galvanized underneath, probably not.The screws are also painted black and will probably be fine. I worry about corrosion so I might put galvanized on them when I do the install. They fit Trex boards well.I think they're a good value and I recommend them.

I’ve used these WELLOCKS start clips for decking, and they’ve been a reliable choice for a clean, hidden finish. The 1” width clips are sturdy and secure, making installation straightforward and efficient. I appreciate that it comes with deck screws and a T25 bit, which makes the whole setup process even smoother. These clips are wider than the name brand so I'm assuming that means these will be stonger and will hold decking more securely. Screws are included as well as the driver bit.

Very nice. Just as described completely. Previously purchased the hidden clips by same seller for between the boards but forgot all about the end/edge boards. This was a great find. Items are made of good metal and coated greatly. Size is just as advertised. Comes in nice plastic container that could be used elsewhere in your shop when job is done. This is just what you need to finish your deck and I would highly suggest this product. Just well, well made.

These came in very well packaged and in perfect shape.-The brackets themselves are very sturdy and do not bend easily.-The screws are very solid and don't break or strip.-The bit is also super hardy and has not stripped out like others.Overall these worked out super well.
