While there was a minor gripe being the packaging of the leg posts to which one required carpentry knowledge to get it to go on. Chair is comfortable to sit in. The arm rests are secure and locked in. Levers for the reclining and raising functions are labeled and lock properly. The positioning adjustment function works differently as you can set it to allow the chair to move with you, without falling over of course. Next, we have the leg rest which is mainly meant for the reclining mode as it will only handle one leg without falling over. That pillow/pad you see there is not strapped on you can position it however needed when in sitting mode or utilize it as pillow when in reclining mode. Overall, this is a good chair for price I paid for it.
