I bought it for sparring and had to have a bit of assistance with getting it on at first. My hubby ended up helping my figure out a way to do it alone. I keep on the bra and insert the shield when needed. Removal of the actual bra portion after practice is a bit challenging without help, but it protects so well I don't mind. I honestly had to gently take a heat gun to it to fit it better. Damn good piece once the kinks are worked out! I only put four stars because of the extra work. Lol
