Cylinder looks good rings and piston were fine. Made it partially through install and noticed that the metal gasket was very bent and had multiple creases in it. Pushed project another week out waiting for replacement.

This cylinder kit is of better quality than the original sleave of polarus.

First, the spark plug included with this doesn't even fit this style engine. It's useless.The cylinder casting is very rough and has a lot of casting flash. The cylinder ports are tiny. They are much smaller than the factory ports and will kill power. They have also been deburred very poorly. There's a good chance they will catch a ring if you don't fix that.Finally, the piston came with a large scratch and also had a small piece of aluminum ready to break off. I'm lucky I inspected it. I'm unfortunately going to have to try and make this piston and cylinder work because I have to get this ATV running. It's ridiculous how low quality it is. Buy a better piston kit if you can afford it. I'd return this if I had time to wait for another one to ship to me.

This cylinder says 82cm3 not 98cm3 that a polaris scrambler/sportsman use. The bore measured only 50mm. The ports are so rough and jagged that it would downgrade performance even if it was the right size. Requires machine work/port polishing before use or you may snag a ring on the port edges. This is not a 90cc cylinder. +1 to sellers inventory. It is being sent back.
