Clean Before First Use:
Our Candle Holder Chimney Sleeve are made of Glass. It is clear and durable. Best is to clean before first use. When you pull it out of box, it may be wrapped with a tissue paper, and when you unwrap, the vase may be already clear and sparkling. It is still recommended to clean or wipe your vase before first Use. There maybe dusts that you are unable to see with your Naked eyes.
Avoid: Thermal Shock
Just like any glass products, they are susceptible to thermal shock. What is thermal shock? You may ask. It is when there's a sudden big change in temperature. Example is when you used these Hurricane candle holder for an event with flame candle. Then you were in a hurry, and want to wash it right away. When you run it under cold water. The Hurricane Candle Holder sleeve may shatter due to it going from heat suddenly to cold.
First Use & Extended Care Instructions
- Prior to first use, glass pieces should be hand washed individually in warm soapy water, rinsed thoroughly and dried with a lint free cloth.
- For optimal finish & clarity, clean with a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water, let stand for a few hours then rinse well and dry with a lint free cloth.
- Our glass is produced overseas in extremely large quantities for our wholesale customers, due to transit and mass storage, all vases should be cleaned before use to remove any accumulated dust/dirt.
- Change liquid contents of glass containers frequently. This will help preserve the products finish and avoid film build-up.
- Glass pieces should not be cleaned in a dish washer.
- Do not use products in microwaves or conventional ovens.

Note: Shipping carriers are not perfect. Sometimes when they toss the boxes, and it may cause damage of the product. If you do receive broken item, do not worry, and keep in mind that we will always take care of our customers. Please contact our office immediately for a quick and speedy resolution. There is no need for returning broken vases, just simply send us a picture would do. Broken vases are not defectives on the vases; it is caused by carrier damage during transit. Please do not file it on Amazon as defective, as Amazon may confuse between shipping damage and defectiveness of the product.
