This wheel seems to be of good quality and is a good value for the price. It is not 1.75" wide as listed in the description but more like 0.75" which is what I actually needed. The rim has a U-shaped cross section and not the stronger box construction of more expensive wheels. I found the hub bearings to be adjusted a bit on the tight side but I was able to easily correct that. The hub does not appear to have dust seals for the bearings unless they're hiding inside somewhere.

I was converting a Lightning recumbent from a 16" to a 20" front wheel and ordered this rim for it. This is a 20" 406 front rim and it comes with the skewer as well. The rim width is about .75" or about 19mm, not the listed 1.75" width. I'm using a 1.1" durano tire so they work great together. This rim is also very light, much lighter than the aerospoke 20" that was on before this rim came.
