Depending on the shape of the surface, this adhesive caulk can provide a quick and easy fix for caulking/sealant issues. Make sure to really clean the surface so the adhesive can work properly. I am not sure how long the adhesive will stand, will update it later. For now, it looks good and clean. If this can last about a year, I think this would be good. Regular caulking also needs maintenance so I expect the same with this one.
