For light duty handing of things these are good wing anchors to use in drywall. I would prefer to use toggle bolts in most heavier duty cases, but for something like a hand towel holder or heavier picture frame they should work great.They grab the wings easy enough and do pull in nice and tight. included screws seem good and did not strip or show any sign of striping while tightening. The ribs hold it in place well and keep it from just spinning once the plastic anchor is pushed in. Note I only use hand tools on the screws as a power drill might still dislodge it.

I actually got these to hole the taillight on my older Ford Ranger. It has the fiberglass stepside bed and somehow the previous owner broke the fiberglass in a way that you could not mount the taillights anymore. I needed something that would create a mechanical connection and grip the brittle fiberglass without being hard enough to crack it and these work perfectly. Would probably be decent for hanging lightweight frames in drywall, I dunno I just used it on a truck.
