Fit Flight is an innovative flight and shaft system. In most ordinary and common flight and shaft systems installation requires sliding fins into 4 narrow slots, and this old style method requires the use of many small parts for locked type flights and or unwanted holes in the flight itself making the flight more susceptible to falling off the shaft. Besides the fact that handling these small parts can be difficult or tedious, causing unnecessary stress and distraction to the player during practice or competition.
The Fit Flight system was developed by Cosmo Darts as a superior alternative to the old system, and to help players elevate their game!

Unfortunately they always seem to snap right where the threads go into the barrel so ought to have a extract tool handy

I play in venues with unprotected hard floors, all it took was a bounce-out landing at the right angle & the shafts snapped at the base of the flight. Even had one break on my carpeted floor; the shaft is weak at the base of the flight & it just takes a 19gm dart hitting at the wrong angle. Thankfully I have a drill bit small enough so I could bore out the broken shaft, saving the flight - I've seen people throw away the flight because they couldn't get the shaft out.I switched to the aluminum (which is what they wanted in the first place). This system is convenient, love the shapes of the flights, but the plastic shafts & flights do not hold up & are expensive to replace.

Fit Shaft has been the best dart setup that I've ever come across. Been fighting with bent aluminum shafts, cross slit plastic shafts with flight locking rings, spinner shafts that wear loose and start to rattle around when throwing, what else.....oh yea gimmicky spring loaded spinners too. I have long last settled with what works best. I have separate Fit Shaft setups for spinner and fixed flights. Depending how I feel I'm throwing, I'll just swap the shaft/flight setup on my barrels and go to town! These shafts are prone to breaking if your dart hits the floor hard, so have an extra pack handy for backup or upgrade to the stronger carbon version. This system is a little more expensive than standard shafts and cheap folded flights, but it is worth it in the long run!
