I purchased the 12x14x11 size in white. I really like these lamp shades. Yes, the seam where they join is a bit bulkier than I would like but, for my lamp placement, it is easy enough to just face it to the wall. And as far as being able to see parts of the frame, I have other, more expensive lampshades where you can see the same thing. I also really appreciated that they come with a harp because the lamps I used them on had damaged harps and it was so nice to be able to replace them with one that was the perfect size for the shade. I have had this type of self-assemble lamp shade before so I was very comfortable with putting it together. If it's your first time, the video is a very good tutorial. It kind of hints at it in the video but my advice is to put one end of the frame on and only lightly attach the hook and loop, just so it doesn't flop. Then put on the other end and then more firmly attach the hook and loop while gently tugging on both ends. When you are happy with the look (no waves) then be sure to press the hook and loop together firmly (one had on the inside, one on the outside). I would definitely recommend these lamp shades and would buy again.

Flimsy construction and materials. Shade material came folded, creased and about 1/2 inch longer where it ends overlap and missed the velcro closure by 1/2 inch. Only 5 clips on top and bottom to secure shade to rings that is not near enough. Had large gaps around both top and bottom ring. Not a good design very cheap look overall.Didn't hesitate I returned it

You get two for a completely reasonable price. Ready to assemble. I wanted to make my own lamp shades and most of the crafts shops are really expensive. Bought two of these and decorated one with ribbons - so beautiful. I think I'm going to cover the other with birds and botanical print fabric. Looks just awesome, can't buy lampshades like the one I made with this.

What a great idea- to ship these lamp shades flat! They clipped together easily and the slight wrinkle was gone in a day. They are classy and I love the simple farmhouse look.

I like these enough. I agree with other reviewers that u can see the clips through the shade when the light is on. You just need to decide if that’s a big issue for u. I like that the shade doesn’t appear yellowish when lit up. It maintains its white color.
