Size down by one size if you’re at all familiar with normal scrubs and work at a hospital. I wear Lg pretty much every hospital and this Lg is even a hair bigger then most XLs otherwise like the material and build just fine.

I think it’s ridiculous that I have a pair of these already that fit perfect in length and I buy the same size and they are way too short. To top it off they wanted to charge me to send them back even though they weren’t as described. Will never buy from again.

Sizes run way bigger than when you’d expect. I have scrubs from this brand before (Fundamentals/White Swan) and like the fit of XS. I am 5’9 150lbs. But these newer versions are way bigger. I tried a XS but I will return and see if a XXS is what I am used to. Three stars due to inaccurate sizing.

The sizing is a bit larger than when I purchased these a few years ago and they are at least an inch longer, but this brand and style is one of my two favorites. Reliable and functional. Gets the job done. Comfortable. Washes and dries well. Long-wearing. Cost effective. Right side leg "cargo" pocket is a bonus. A winner!
