I use this squeeze bottle to make gummies and it done the job perfectly. Removing the lid reveals a wide mouth opening that is easy to fill with or without a funnel. Holding 1 1/2 cups make refills less frequent than smaller bottles. The tip on the cap of the bottle works well to dispense the contents as slow or fast as you wish depending on the pressure applied. It is very easy to squeeze and control pressure with this very high quality decorating squeeze bottle, it is thin plastic but very durable. The tip on the cap also comes with a cover that snaps on and off to prevent air from entering and for short term storage.My experience with this bottle is only with a gummy mixture which is not thin but it is not very thick either, so I can't attest to thicker mixtures but it should perform perfectly for thicker substances, such as cake frosting as well. I would highly recommend this squeeze bottle especially for making gummies, much easier than trying to use small droppers or small bottles.

I wanted a squeeze bottle that could withstand the microwave safely while melting chocolate chips and coconut oil for homemade MagicShell, but I see after the bottle arrived, that its plastic type resin code (the number within the triangle recycle symbol on the bottom of most plastic containers) is 4 LDPE, which is NOT a microwave safe plastic. Only types 2 HDPE and 5 PP are considered microwave safe. The bottle might not melt while melting chocolate wafers, but it’s leeching plastic into the chocolate, so beware.

This is the right size for an adult or a child. Cap stays on. Material is easily cleanable and sturdy. Is great for frosting cake details as well as for cookies that children,of ALL AGES LOVE ❤️ to do. Performs well in a child's or adult hand. Keeps mess to a minimum...great for kids.

I absolutely love these!!! I used them to make gummy bears a few times. The lids DO NOT leak which is great!! Bottle gets a bit flimsy feeling when warm/hot jello mix is in it. They are very easy to squeeze and I like the size of the tip, it allows you to have better control. I do recommend and will definitely buy these again!!!!

Like that these can be heated in the microwave. I use them for melted butter and BBQ sauce for barbequing, quick & easy application of sauces to foods while cooking. Had to cut the spout down on one for a sauce with seeds in it, and then the cap would not stay on, minor problem, I'll just look for something else to use for a cap.

I use these bottles for caramel syrup when making macchiato's. They do the job perfectly. Nice sized opening and the bottle is made from strong enough plastic.
