Cheap material both of them were ruined in the dishwasher before I even got to use them. Description says dishwasher safe. Pick a better quality product.

Learned about this in cooking school. Sear steaks on the grill or stovetop, finish them in the oven on a sizzle platter. These are perfect and inexpensive.

When I received the product I was really excited to begin using it. But when I took it out of the packaging I noticed that it was damaged with scratches and dents. The quality is just poor. However, luckily it's not a dish I will use as part of a presentation but something to do some high heat baking on. I hope it can handle the heat.

Like the size and use of them. But they are not dishwasher safe and it did not say so on the plate or packaging

I really like this. I ordered this because of an article Bon Appetite came out with a few weeks back. They referenced a restaurant supply chain that was sold out. This is great from going straight from the oven to the table. I love the character the aluminum picks up over time. I make a point to allow some stains to set into the metal to expedite the process a bit.All I can say at this point is I want another one, but a bit bigger.

Top of the line. Good heft. Perfect size for broiling a piece of fish or steak, toasting nuts, all kinds of oven-related kitchen tasks. I'm buying more of these as gifts.
