The tape is bad, does not hold. And they dont give you enough. It stuck to the jamb but the plastic just comes off a week later. And we even kept the plastic a little loose so it wouldnt do this. On the window next to this one we put the frostking brand. It holds fine. I should have just stuck with frostking. Buy frostking.

Love the quality of this plastic. Super easy to install. Thickness of this plastic is great. Tape holds up very well. Covered lots of my windows!

Bought this to save some heat inside of our house. Love it! Was very easy to install , keeps temps much better. Must have for temperatures in your house! A+

Although the quality of the plastic layer is good, the tape is weak, causing the plastic to start detaching after 1-2 weeks

I was THRILLED when I first put this insulation up... our bedroom was noticeably warmer and felt SOOO much better, the plastic is great.... but the TAPE is not sufficient at all. I saw other comments on the tape quality and so I bought an additional roll of insulation tape to use around the edge of the window just in case, but when I first put the insulation u, the tape seems really good so I returned the other tape. A few days later the double-sided tape that was included in the kit had started coming off (and I cleaned around the perimeter of the window sill with alcohol before application). So every night my husband and I have had to re-press the tape against the windowsill to keep the insulation up... last night I had to do that a few times because the wind was blowing so hard and it was making the room so cold. So I'm here on Amazon again to re-buy the tape I returned too quickly (smacking forehead).

Great quality product and size for the price. I’ve used a number of products in the past and these are by far my favorite. Bought the 87 × 394, covered 9 huge windows and a sliding door with plenty to spare.
