Love this hat container - it holds all 5 of my wider brimmed hats; it's a lot bigger than I thought, but the hats fit perfectly; I did have to put them in a particular order to protect the brims, etc, but that'd be standard no matter what storage container I used; I was also able to add the hat cleaning brush and the shoulder strap; plenty more room for smaller items, like baseball hats, bandanas, sun glasses and the like. I haven't used the elastic straps at the bottom of the hat box as I don't need it; but if I were just putting in one hat, then I'd use it to keep the hat secure; good value for money and there's plenty of give in the box, which indicates it'll hold a lot more than you think. I'm very pleased that my hats are all in one place now and I plan to wear all of them as the seasons dictate. The WOMACO Hat Box, is flimsy! This item took forever to arrive and to my surprise it was compressed. So much so, that I literally spent 20 minutes trying to claw it out of the shrink wrap and tape! Finally I had to cut it out with precision. I then had to build it, really, kinda like “Build A Bear” I don’t know but its description is a bit deceptive. The size is decent and I must admit I didn’t have traveling with it in mind so, comfort is subjective. I also don’t think that it’s going to hold the amount of hats that was stated but the verdict is still out on that point, because it needed to be disinfected due to the way it was packaged. I’m giving it 24 hours before I place my hats inside of it. I will say that it’s water repellent but I don’t think I would tested it in storm with my expensive hats inside of the box. The top of the hat box has precut wood on each side, but I don’t think it should be call a hard top. I could see it collapsing under weight and the hat box itself is collapsible. I don’t think it’s worth the money, but it will serve its purpose for me storing a few of my cowboy hats.

I have two hats with a brim. One is somewhat close to a Stetson hat in appearance. The other is more in the mold of a fedora hat. I have never found a place to properly store them, hence I tend to just have them carelessly buried in my wardrobe.That's where this 'Womaco hat box for travel' comes in. It is a large, circular container made of what feels a bit like some kind of nylon material. It is quite large in circumference and deep (enough to hold several hats) when pulled all the way out, and is collapsible. It is rated to hold five hats, which is more than my needs call for. It has a handle at the top, and shoulder straps for an alternative method of carrying it. To be clear, I do not intend to travel with it.It is an effective means of storing hats, whether traveling or at home. It is sturdy and hard enough to ensure that any hat stored within would not literally get bent out of shape. A zipper guards the enclosure. I ordered the black color, as with all things, although the blue version looks attractive as well, from the picture. In all, it is an innovative product for storing hats.

I recently purchased the WOMACO Hat Box for Travel, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of durability and convenience. The hard shell design provides excellent protection for my cowboy hats, ensuring they remain in perfect shape during travel. The stackable feature is a great space-saver, and the handle and shoulder strap make it easy to carry. The stylish design and premium materials add a touch of elegance, making it a fantastic gift option. My only minor gripe is that it could be slightly larger to accommodate more hats. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars!

I can’t say I’ve ever needed a hat box before now, but my kids are performers and one will be traveling cross country in a couple weeks with two costume hats for a competition. I think this is going to work really well! We need room for a top hat and a tall drum major hat. I think they will stack within each other and just fit! The hat box arrived flat and folded in half, which had me a little skeptical about how hard sided it really could be. Once assembled with the wooden supports (they easily slip in obvious pockets with Velcro closures) the box is solid. The top feels like it has two half circles of either very thin particle board or maybe a heavy duty cardboard? Not sure since it’s contained. With the split top, I think I’d be careful about stacking too much on top of this box, but it definitely provides excellent protection for travel as a carry on item. It comes with a shoulder strap, which I didn’t find super useful since the box wanted to spin once the strap was attached to the D rings. I think I’ll carry it with the top handle or on top of a roller board as they illustrated in the pictures. Since a hat box isn’t something we frequently need to travel with, I also love that it is collapsible for storage…a welcome surprise!
