Too big. And packaging says one size when the description states multiple.

For some reason they’ve made these so the material is thinnest in the centre where you want coverage. Not only that but because the material is thinnest there, when you put these inserts in a compression sports bra it creates a circular outline where the bra is pressing tight against the insert and the thin part gets pressed in- so it literally gives you a nipple outline instead of hiding one.Not to mention the first time I put one of these in a bra it ripped in half when I tried to remove it from being such poor qualityDon’t waste your money

Received today. Nice quality and arrived without being squashed. However the cups are a skimpy D. Not enough coverage for a DD or E

Replaced my previous bra pads with these and I was very impressed at the shape and firm form. Holds the “girls” up very well. I wear a large size and it is comfortable and it does not add bulk.

Very disappointed! They were crushed and very creased! Quite flat!

These are not true to size. They are too small. I have some from another company that are true to size. I measured these up to my old ones, and these are at least a cup size smaller. I am really starting to hate these sellers who sell inferior products. I am seeing these more and more every time I try a new product. It is getting to where I am worried at what will arrive at my door every time I make a purchase. Inferior, cheaply made junk at a high cost, no less! What would be nice is if Amazon would track the reviews for third party sellers, and if there are enough bad reviews, the seller gets a warning, then a ban from selling if they keep offering inferior products, along with false advertising.

I was hoping to use these cups to replace some in swimmers and sports bras. The reviews looked good but when they arrived they are quite a bit smaller than I was expecting so stick out show quite obviously, especially in swimmers. If you are a keen sewer you might make them work but they definitely don't work for a quick swap.

I had a bilateral mastectomy back in 2016 for breast cancer but did not want implants or reconstruction. These inserts are perfect for my pocketed bras and help give a bit of "shape" so that my tops fit and look better. Regular breast prosthetics are heavy and sometimes hot. I wasn't large on top to begin with so these are perfect for me. I like that they are a little stiffer and don't "cave in" like many other pocketed bra inserts/pads. Thank you so much for a great product!

I bought these for a swimsuit that didn’t have any padding in it and while they’re REALLY good quality, they are a little on the large side (so I just trimmed them to fit). But I’m only a 32A so maybe that’s the issue. But overall, these are very nice and high quality for sure. They’re slightly thicker than any padding I’ve had that comes in a swim suit and kind of stiff but in a good way. Like, they’re not going to get all bunched up in your suit. Quite happy with the purchase, especially for the price. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the size of them.

I'm 72 yrs old. Bra size 40DD.I stand 5'5 and weigh about 200 lbs.. Hopefully, that will give you an idea of the size you would need. Lumpectomy on one side. Insurance pays for my mastectomy bras. However, the inserts I have been fitted for have never looked right or have been comfortable. One was too heavy. One was always lopsided, which was interesting! I have another style I will be trying in about a month. I saw these and liked the shape. I need full coverage. Most of the inserts are too small. For the price of these I decided I didn't have much to lose. They are great. They arrived sooner than I expected. The triangle shape is perfect. The only adjustment I had to make was putting 2 in the pocket of my bra instead of one for the thickness I needed. I need to double the size of the side I had surgery on. These are thicker than the modesty liners. I would say one would probably increase one size. I needed more than that. I have had these for a couple of weeks now and have no complaints. I usually sleep in my bra because it is such a hassle putting on and taking off! I really thought I would find these every which way but where they belong the next morning. To my surprise, they didn't even shift at all! I don't have the 2 hooked together at all and they stay put. I have done gardening, exercising, everyday house work. I forget they are even there. I just realized I haven't been constantly 'adjusting' things to level the look. I am probably influenced by the fact that I have had so much trouble finding anything that is comfortable and looks 'normal'. I am sure most women know what I mean. Finding a bra that fits is a myth! My surgery was 8 years ago. I am trying to shed about 20 pounds. If I succeed I will need a smaller bra. I have no doubt these will still work. This comes with 3 sets. White, black, beige. All my bras are beige. I'm not sure I will ever use the black. These are very smooth. There is no stitching. I hand washed them and they did fine. I would be very surprised if they didn't last a very long time. I am very picky about having a smooth look under knit tops. There are no outlines of any kind with these because they are full coverage. These measure 6" up and down and 6" across the widest part at the bottom. I am not sure how well they would stay in place without the pocket. They are not slippery so if your bra was snug these might stay where you put them. I highly recommend these inserts. They have certainly made me a happier camper!!!!

After having a mastectomy I decided to try using these in my regular bra instead of getting special bras and a prosthesis. My bras already had a good, slightly padded shape to the cups, so I safety pinned one (or two) of these in the empty side and it works out great. This may not work for a larger woman, but smaller, yes. I also added an extra one to my bathing suit because it has a little opening for these cups. They seem like a durable product so I'm happy with them. I don't usually do reviews but thought this one could help other women if they hadn't tried it.
