I bought this grill for my husband for Christmas. He followed the break in instructions and the temperature display would jump around erraticly. It would say 200 degrees, then 325, then 180, etc all within a few seconds. Finally the grill would turn off and give the high heat code. The fire pit wouldn't even be on fire yet.There is no contact info on Amazon for the seller, there is no phone number on the materials that came with the grill. There is only an email address. I sent them an email about a week ago and haven't gotten a response.Buy a grill that you can get some customer support with.

I use it a handful of times a week. Cooking for a small oil field crew. Works great and is easy to control. About the perfect size to be mobile. Like is so far, and the price is great.
