This is a well made peg board, the wood is nice and smooth and solid. There are 3 compartments with 3 different size screws that screw into the rows of holes. The screws have to be perfectly upright and sit perfectly in the top of the nut to be screwed in - which can be somewhat frustrating, but also is most likely the purpose. I was expecting it to be more of a challenge also with the screw nuts mixed up in sizes, but there are just 3 rows that the same size screw goes into one row. There is also no way to keep the screws in the compartments when not in use, there are no lids, no kind of cover so if this gets knocked over, the screws will be all over and I did take one star off for this.Overall this is great quality - I feel that the nuts could have been mixed up and maybe a little more giving on the screws going in without being perfectly sat.

I’ve added this item to my OT toolbox. The pros: The wood is thick and smooth with no rough edges, the metal pieces have no rough edges, the size is perfect for carrying with me, and seems sturdy enough to withstand daily use. The cons: Quality control needs to be better as one of the screws gets stuck so it sits higher up in its slot compared to all the other screws. There’s some resistance and mild squeaking when screwing/unscrewing but that can be solved with a tiny amount of olive oil or wood block oil; both of which are nontoxic. This item would be perfect if the storage compartments had lids or covers to keep the screws secure when I toss it into my therapy bag. The compartments are open so I have to either put the screws in a separate and sealed bag/container or transport it with each screw in place in the slot.

Very nicely made and actually helpful. This was recommended by my physical therapist for a hand issue. For those without a physical therapist to guide them, it might be helpful to include some sort of suggested use manual.

Things I Like:The wood is very nice and feels high-quality, with a generally excellent build. The three screw sizes are thoughtfully designed—big enough for kids to easily differentiate and handle, which adds to the usability and therapeutic value.Things I Don't Like:The screw receivers(?)/nuts aren’t always seated flush with the wood. While this doesn’t affect functionality, it’s a minor quality control issue that stands out against the otherwise high level of craftsmanship.Value:It’s a bit expensive for what it is, but given that it’s a specialty item with a solid build and engaging design, the price feels justifiable.
