Battery run time lasts longer than I can. The pole is just the right length.

Does an excellent job of trimming around trees, shrubs and fences. Battery life was not an issue. Its light weight and balance with both batteries installed was good. 😊 it does not make for a good edger though. I use the Worx184 for that job.

Love it! Light weight and powerful. I was able to mow a hillside lawn on one charge. It cut the grass and weeds with one swipe so it took me half the time it did than with another weed wacker. I'm a 73 yr old woman so I wanted something light but efficient.

The wipper is well made and light weight - easy to use. The blower is great especially the turbo button. The batteries not the best only last 20 min on wipper longer on blower. Replaced with 20V 6.5 Ah batteries and the wipper will run for over one hour or more. If you have a choice purchase with out batteries and buy batteries separately.

Got the trimmer yesterday and used it today. Light weight, and plenty of power. Trimmed around the house , driveway, and a long the street. We don't have curbs so the grass wants to go into the street. The 40v has plenty of power to spare . The price was the best I could find anywhere $141.00 . Happy with the purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

Does the job, and works well. My only complaint is that the line seems to break off easily. Perhaps not the most sturdy line that is made.

So I just moved into a new rental house with a very small yard, and been borrowing my neighbors lawn mower, well I hate asking fo it, so i bought this thing thinking "I cant afford a lawn mower, maybe I can just use this thing to do the whole yard" and It worked... I trimmed, and scalped the entire yard with this thing, and it worked great...It's 135 dollars including batteries, so don't expect to start a lawn service with this thing, but it was easy to put together, I chopped an entire front yard down, after full charge...Heres one part that might be confusing, I thought it came with 2 batteries, so you could use it, then pop in another battery, but it takes both batteries to run... But I got a full yard out of 1 cycle...So far 135 dollars, it did EXACTLY what I wanted to do, and more. and I read some horrible reviews on home depot and lowes sites for trimmers in this price range, so I think I made the right decision.

I have owned 3 other models of worx trimmers over the years that I have worked hard, the twenty volt original WG163 model which I still actually have ( an unbreakable worx horse), a WG184 which was a great machine and specifically the 56v model which was great but discontinued of course. It and the WG184 have/had an adjustable speed trigger for no battery and string waste and a button to feet string only when needed, additional a single string feed system that works perfectly. The WG184 model has gone up in price exponentially for whatever reason so I figured I’d try the WG183 as I don’t use any other attachments. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩This brings me to the toy quality trimmer that is the WG183. Very light, too light for what it’s use use is, no variable speed control which which means string feeds every time you let the head slow down too much which means you have to run this non stop at top speed which eats the battery! Doesn’t even make sense! The first one I ordered the string cutting blade broke off the guard (you cannot order replacement blades nor guards) on first use after about 20 minutes of use. The guard is too light weight and the cutter really needs to be re-engineered. I returned it and was sent a replacement. The second that was sent as replacement doesn’t feed string half the time as the dual string mechanism gets jammed. This happened on first use after about 15 minutes of use. I am also guessing I will have issue with the guard and string cutting edge as it is far too light weight. I will probably be sending it back as well as it’s a huge pain to have to keep manipulating the feed mechanism and I don’t believe it will last me even even a few more uses. Seriously it’s built like a toy. I don’t clear brush, I trim along sidewalk and landscaping. It should be built to handle at least that. I will most likely be looking for a new brand as I’m guessing this will translate throughout the product line.I would not recommend purchasing the WG183 model. For way too many reasons….

Bought combo in April 2021 and works beautifully. Have owned gas and corded electric but this pair is easy to use and light. Then I needed a new pre-wrapped line reel. This page suggests that people purchase the WA0010 6-pack bag. OK, so the combo is WG927 and the trimmer is WG184.9 and order the backup. The small reels do not fit the 184.9 - Original trimmer has marking >PA6GF30 is 2.5 inches diameter and fits perfectly. Each time I search for WG927 or WG184.9 I am shown the small WA0010 reels. Finally, I locate a page for >PA6GF30-----------------------------6/4/21 Update--The 2.5 inch reel and cord arrived, and fits like a glove.--Zoom in for the correct SKU--Tried the small reel but would not fit over the top of the spindle.--And cannot imagine Worx wants me to remove the feed mechanism to accommodate the small reels. This is my favorite combo now. I have used both the weed trimmer and blower three times and the batteries still show full charge. The combo is light weight and buttons logically positioned and clearly labeled as to function.Because both are light weight, each is very maneuverable to catch that small item you missed with the lawnmower.Granted this may not be the combo for a five acre lawn, but if you have a smaller patch to regularly mow and significant trimming to do, then, in my opinion, it's a great buy and you won't be exhausted at the completion of the job. With the purchase of the 2.5" reel and an roll of cord, I'm set for several seasons of trimming, and that's worth five stars.
