If your harness is marred like the one in the photo and your AC blower is not blowing at all or maybe intermittently then this should fix your problem. My vehicle is a 2009 Ford Escape Limited V6. I figured the problem out when I put my voltage meter on the blower harness leads while turning on the fan and didn't see any power to the fan. I jiggled this harness connected to the resistor and saw power immediately on the blower power plug, which identified the short. Took me about 45 minutes to replace taking my time and I saved my marriage.

The wires are much thicker then what’s in the truck originally. The plug fits very tight so you gotta push it on very hard. But it fixed the issue.

This is a pigtail wiring harness to the AC blower motor resistor. It works fine and as expected.
