I don't have the world's most experience when it comes to saddles but I have used my fair share. This is by far the best one I've used. Zero complaints.

I bought this to replace a WTB Rocket Race that I've ridden for the past 6+ years on an old CX bike and now a Cutthroat. I found the Rocket didn't allow much room in terms of positioning on the saddle. After a bike fit last year, I had to decide whether I wanted to optimal position for riding in the hoods, the drops, or a sub-optimal compromise between the two. Regardless of my hand position, the Rocket wanted to put me in the 'cup' shaped by the contour of the saddle, which wasn't always the best place to be. My sit bones wouldn't stay in a comfortable spot requiring constant adjustments during a ride to relieve pressure.I got the Gravelier for the flatter, more neutral profile and cut-out. I've only done a few indoor trainer rides and a mixed-terrain ride (some road and some single-track with a few chunky rock gardens). I found when I changed handlebar position, my sit-bones now automatically adjust to the position and pelvic tilt and stay in a supportive spot without having to think about it. That's a welcome change. The downside is that it's noticeably harder than the Rocket due to thinner padding/cushioning. I think I'll get used to it after a few more rides, so I'm still giving it 5 stars. I think it's going to be perfect for the kind of riding I do... long mixed-terrain endurance, bikepacking, and training indoors/road.

A very comfortable saddle for those who like their saddle short. The wings are wide enough and the overall feel is solid and stable. It’s a bit hard to define what is and what isn’t gravel-specific but this is certainly a good saddle all around.

I like this saddle and is great quality! Still deciding on the fit for me though! It is smaller than expected so if you are looking for a larger seat it may not be for you!

The WTB Gravelier Medium Saddle is an absolute game-changer for gravel riding. It's clear that WTB has put serious thought into comfort, durability, and performance with this design.Pros:The medium profile strikes a perfect balance between cushioning and support, making long rides significantly more enjoyable. The stainless steel rails and tough cover materials stand up to rough gravel conditions without any signs of wear.Despite its durability, the saddle remains impressively light, a bonus for anyone mindful of bike weight. The matte black finish is understated yet stylish, blending well with most bikes.I’ve used this saddle on multiple rides with varying terrain, and it has consistently delivered top-notch performance. If you're looking for a high-quality gravel saddle that combines comfort and resilience, the WTB Gravelier is worth every penny!

Saddle looks and feels great on my gravel bike. Great price but lost a star because it looks like I got sent a slightly used product. Rails are all scratched up and fading but this doesn’t affect the functionality of it.

Bought this to replace an oem bontrager unit on my gravel rig. Performed well on its maiden voyage(35 miles). It’s thinner than the volt which I run on my mtb, but just as comfortable.

Bought and mounted the Gravelier last week before a weekend bike packing trip. (Risky, I know). I have to say it was comfortable for a couple of 70km continuous rides over variable grades of asphalt and a bit of fine gravel. There was a bit of butt fatigue after 25km or so, which I find usual, and is relieved with a short rest or doing a stretch of pedalling standing up. No problem with chafing or saddle sores which I get from the popular Volt from WTB. It's a firm seat without feeling hard, which improves the sensation of power transfer. The saddle nose is very short which contributes to the sensation of the saddle disappearing underneath you. It is seen and not felt, for the most part. I'm gonna test it on my other bikes and potentially replace those saddles with a Gravelier. Oh, and the cut-out is a bonus. Feels like only the sit-bones come in contact with the saddle. Note: I do use a lightly padded chamois for the long treks.
