My mechanic who installed them on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ had a hard time replacing my old ones as the factory mounting bolts broke off and had to cut open the side of the frame to gain access and install mountings studs and nuts (that do not come with these bumpers) but the bolt holes lined up and fit good. Good price point as well. I'm satisfied with them.
