It was only installed for 3-4 days and the inside lock insert came off and the hose blew off the hard line but left the plastic locking insert that locks it on the hardline coming out of the fire wall on the heater line. it was junk after that so I cut the end off the hose and took the plastic lock off the hardline and slid it over the rib on the hardline and clamped it. no problems since.

The connectors did not meet up had to cut off the connector and put on the clamp held for six months, then had a cut off another piece and held for another six months. Hopefully it’ll work to get you through a pinch for the price, but the connectors do not fit with the heater hose on the firewall.
