Lower roller cover is not smooth black Teflon, it's some grayish knockoff. Leaves residue (ghost images).Just for the reference: original toner, drum and belt worked perfectly, until the rollers were replaced (due to torn surface).

I was able to install along with another person. The total installation took about two hours. Step by step, and slow. It was pretty straight forward. No biggie. I printed and it printed great.Update: the red roller wrinkles and it grabs the paper incorrectly. It causes wrinkles on the printing.
