I'm in welding school (and doing well..) and I have a tig instructor that told me about his 'tig finger'. He let me borrow it and it worked well for me. SO, I took to Amazon and found a 'multi-pack' (this one) and the overall FIT is terrible. The big one holds like 3 fingers and it's too long so you have to stick basically your whole fingers in there (losing dexterity). The smaller one holds almost 1.5 fingers but also has a weird fit. Perhaps there's an 'average size' for a fit or offer different sizes? The reason why I gave a rating of 2 is because the material seems good that it was made with. 100%

frays after exposed to tig welding. The curved edge not made for heat. Fiberglass hairs brake off in the air.

But this one trying to save some money but it came apart and I ended up buying the tig finger from weld monger
