Drilling is required for installation, and instruction is not included. Professional installation is highly recommended.
Note:Before your drilled, you need to mounts your brackets on the light bar and put those on the roof, then do a test, make sure everything fit.

The brackets fit fine, but the supplied "Riv-Nut tool" is a joke. It's a bolt that will supposedly secure the riv-nut to the hole you drill in the mounting surface. All the nuts do is spin. Even with a slightly undersized hole.

Installed on 1999 k1500 suburban. Was a little sketchy drilling holes and installing the pop rivit nut. I did used silicone around the nut before installing to help prevent water ingress. Did notice some rust forming on brackets and decided to clean and apply rust oleum black paint. It does fit properly and little to no additional road noise. Be sure to use proper size bit when drilling out holes. Very happy with purchase.
