All bolt holes line up. The one tab in the front I had to bend down a little cause the guard was hitting the chain and not lined up with swing arm. Instead of being a 45 degree bracket I had to make almost a 90 degree to fit properly

This chain guard does not guard the most important spot of the chain. Could cause major injury to rider if a pant leg gets caught in the chain at this spot. I do not recommend this guard to any one. Has the potential of the rider being injured
