I have an old historic house from the 1800's which has never been modernized plumbing-wise and also has a poor roof which I have yet to replace. Both of these weaknesses result in water leaks about 3 times per year. This device has already saved me hundreds, possibly thousands, of dollars in repairs by immediately detecting every single leak where I've placed them in the weak areas. In fact, it just detected one this morning due to heavy rain. I also have units underneath my clothes washer and water heater just in case.The app is well designed and easy to use. The distance from the base to the detector units has exceeded my expectations, going through 2-3 thick walls without issue, although your results may vary. I also like the test feature on the app which assures me the detector units are in range and working. This in addition to the main monitor screen which shows the online status and battery left in each unit.Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase and can sleep better every night knowing I'm protected. If you have an older house with questionable areas like me then I highly suggest you consider it. Thank you X-Sense for producing this quality product.
