Das Einzugsrollenset erfüllt leider nicht seinen Zweck. Die Gummimaterialien sind zu dick und weich, sodass der Papierstau nicht behoben wird - alte Orginalteile angerauht, dann lief wieder alles störungsfrei. Bei dem o.g. Einzugskit leider permanenter Papierstau. Nicht zu empfehlen! Definitiv nicht.

I suggest just removing and flipping over the rubber band in your old unit before buying this replacement. It jammed every page...then every other page...the every fifth page...it is up to every tenth page now, which is a least tolerable. But I am awful tempted to just pull it, flip the bank on the old one and put that one back in to see if it works better. I am tired of opening the back to fix jams!

Worked well, easy enough to install, happy to have installed it. *BUT* it didn't solve my problem (paper failed to lift). Turned out that was a "sticky solenoid" fixed with "v-shaped paper". Search for that if that's your problem.

This roller did the trick. My feeder jambs are gone. This even solved problems I had been having with blurry prints.I gave it 5 stars on the install even though I had some problems. The problem, however, was taking the old roller out (HP problem). BEWARE: Little plastic pieces you have to separate will go right under your fingernails like bamboo torture (complete with bleeding). The new roller will go in smoothly.

Googled how to get into setup menu, once roller rotated, pulled power cord, rotated backwards the printer [hold the scanner] (toner still in), and used two small screw drivers to gently pry open left and right side (top) of the roller, it came out easily. Then inserted new one, made sure it clicked, and rotated printer back to normal resting position. Plugged in and test pages worked fine.
